Jane Krakowski steals the show.  She plays Jacqueline, a materialistic trophy wife.  Jacqueline is a person I wouldn’t normally find likable, but her compassion towards Kimmy makes her one of my favorite characters on the show.  In every scene that she’s in, she grabs my full attention.  This is mostly because she’s got some of the best lines in “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.”  One example was when Jacqueline said to Kimmy, “I wanted to call you last night because Buckley needed something, and I had already taken my makeup off.”

I’m glad that Kimmy is believable.  She’s super optimistic, but her life isn’t perfect.  She is suffering from the trauma of the bunker.  And she does need help and someone to talk to.  This makes her more relatable.  Everyone is dealing with something, but Kimmy is an example of someone who won’t let her troubles get her down.
