The Man Hunt

At the start of “The Man Hunt,” Brick arrived home from his friend’s Bar Mitzvah (Brick has friends?  Who is Josh?).  Brick had a blast and insisted on wearing the Yamaka more.  A great line was when he said, “I’m going to wear it to church.”  It just showed how naïve he is.

My favorite line in “The Man Hunt” was when Frankie sassed an unsupportive Mike.  Sue came home from college to ask for flirting advice from her mother.  Mike clearly thought it was a waste of time.  “Don’t you have to go shut down some dancing in Footloose town?,” Frankie said to him.

“The Man Hunt” was the perfect title for the episode.  Brick tried to learn what it means to be a man, Sue learned how to flirt with men, and Axl searched for his missing roommate.  Each story was very different, but they all had to do with hunting for men in some form or another.  This was very clever on the writers’ part!
