Insurgent: It’s Showtime! (SPOILERS)


“Insurgent” was just a run off from the previous episode.  Basically the same exact things happened.  Quinn and Chet quarreled.  Rachel tried to re-gain control of the show.  And Jay tried to be the hero.

The best way to describe “Insurgent” is chaotic.  The characters were chaotic.  Quinn and Chet divided up the crew, attempting to produce two different versions of “Everlasting.”  Rachel struggled with the flux of power.  There were people running around everywhere.  The director, Peter O’Fallon, amplified that with the camera movements.  The scenes jumped all over the place and within each scene, the director would jump between different cameras and angles.

We’ve got new blood on the crew.  An outsider is the new boss.  Now the season truly begins…
